TC: 30 moves in 90 minutes then sudden death in 60 minutes
EF: Adults - $30; Juniors (under 18 years of age) - $25 CFC membership is also required to participate in the tournament. If you do not have a current CFC membership you can be purchase an annual membership at the time of registration.
Prizes: Based on entry fees minus tournament expenses. The winner of the tournament will also have his/her name engraved on the Bluenose Cup trophy.
Reg: Friday, February 20, 2009 at site from 6:00 pm to 6:20 pm
Misc: Please bring your own chess clock as the club has only a small number of clocks available for loan. The organizer for this tournament will be the Bluenose Dalhousie Chess Club. The TD for this tournament will be David Kenney. Please note a portion of the entry fees may be retained by the Bluenose / Dalhousie Chess Club to provide funds for chess equipment replacement at the club.
